I recently bought a Lincoln MKZ from Yorkdale Ford Lincoln. Frank Gucciardi was the salesman who made this happen. He expedited the whole process with such efficiency and professionalism, I was mightily impressed and grateful. There was no pressure – he simply let the car speak for itself, which I greatly appreciated, because it’s such a wonderful car. All our questions were answered and all requests accommodated quickly and willingly. He allowed my husband and myself as much time as we needed to test drive the car and others in order to make comparisons. Frank inspires confidence by exuding an understated confidence without the bravado that you sometimes encounter when shopping for a car. If I were to purchase another Ford Lincoln in the future, I would make sure to ask for Frank to help me and I will recommend him to others who may be about to make a purchase.
