After explaining what he could offer, he sent me home to think about it. At our next meeting when the deal was signed, he thoroughly explained all the details. It was a factory order so I knew I had to wait. He emailed me part way through the wait to tell me an approximate delivery day. Upon pickup, he spent well over an hour, explaining paperwork and the workings and accessories of the car. A thoroughly professional approach! I am thrilled with the car, the price, and the business relationship.
