I have been buying vehicles from Frank for many years. He has always taken the time to explain every detail about a purchase and has always came up with solutions when I thought I had hit a dead-end. On Sept. 29, 2012 I purchased a new vehicle through Frank. I can’t believe the time he took to help me through the problems I encountered. At one point, I had accepted the fact that I would not qualify for a new vehicle through Ford.
Frank spent a couple more days to find a solution and options for me and make it possible for the new vehicle to be purchased. I know he spent a lot of time to help me. I don’t know of any other salesperson who would go that far for his customer.
I also had the problem of trading in my 2008 truck that had been involved in a couple accidents (rear-end of truck). Frank came up with the solution that saved me from spending a lot of time trying to sell my truck.
It’s great to own my own vehicle and know that I have at least 5 years of driving with no repair costs.
