Frank contacted me within a week of being referred. He was alwasy promp at returning e-mails and when I called he was there. He got me approval quickly and then started searching for vehicles. He found me a couple of great options, demos with very low kms. I had decided on one demo and then another salesman sold it. Frank was undaunted, he searched again and gave me a great deal on the lease of a brand new 2012 Ford Escape. The interest rate was much better than I had hoped for.
