I contacted Frank about 3 weeks ago on the advice of a colleague and friend. My friend told me Frank could get me a good deal on a vehicle. I emailed Frank and we did most of our communication via email which was the best method for me. Frank made suggestions to me, such as to hold off until a certain date because he thought the rates might change in my favour, and he warned me the $1000 off deal with Costco would be over by the 31st of October. When it came right down to making the deal, I felt Frank was being honest with me. He told me how they would get a pricing on my vehicle and that he was looking at a demo for me, which would further reduce my costs. I thought I should try some other dealerships in my area, preferring to shop at home. I called them and asked if they could match the price Frank had given me. One dealer thought he could but then realized he couldn’t. I phoned Frank at that point to let him know I was wishing to buy a vehicle from him. He didn’t seem surprised no one else could touch his pricing. We made arrangements for me to go up on the following Saturday to sign papers, to have my vehicle assessed, and to take the car for a test drive. He explained things very clearly to me and was very receptive to my many questions. The service at the dealership was tremendous. They were going to deliver my vehicle to me, two and a half hours away, within the week! I walked away from Yorkdale Ford Lincoln Sales Limited a happy woman. I had been looking for a used vehicle for 5 months and I left the dealership as the proud owner of a brand new Ford Explorer. Thanks to Frank Gucciardi and the team at Yorkdale.
