I purchased a new F-150 from Yorkdale Ford this past spring and Frank was the guy who helped me. I say “helped me” because thats exactly what Frank did, he helped me purchase the vehicle I wanted not just sell me a Ford product. It took me quite some time to actually decide which trim level I wanted, changing my mind several times until finally narrowing it down. Frank was patient with me and when I finally made up my mind he helped me complete a factory order ensuring I got exactly what I wanted. While waiting for my new truck to arrive, Frank even helped me sell my previous vehicle which allowed me to get more for it than the dealership would do on a trade. All said and done, I got an incredible deal on my new F-150 and my experience with Frank couldn’t be better. I’m very happy with my new truck, no regrets!
