I did not start my credit history on the right foot. I didn’t know anything about credit or how to use it. I did just about everything wrong with loans, credit cards, and worst of all when I got laid off from work I couldn’t pay my bills… I have been trying to recover since. I was getting denied left right and centre for credit cards and car loans. Years later my credit is still poor and I am in the middle of a consumer proposal. The positives are that I am much more knowledgable about credit, about credit history, how to maintain good credit, and best of all I met Frank!
